Introduction

This website contains a series of basic lectures on Transfusion Medicine. To view these lectures you must have QuickTime installed on your computer.

Use the tabs at the top to select a lecture. While the video file for the lecture is loading, you will see a large Q (for QuickTime) on the screen. When the title screen and the navigation bar below it become available, you can begin viewing the lecture by clicking on the play (triangle) button on the navigation bar. The remainder of the file will download in the background.

You can monitor the progress of the file download by observing the gray progress indicator on the navigation bar. Once the file is completely downloaded, you can click on the right-hand triangle and save the file to your hard drive as a QuickTime movie, assuming you have QuickTime Pro installed.
